When you add a new user in the middle of your current billing cycle, the system calculates a pro-rated charge. You only pay for the number of days left until your next renewal date, not the full month.
Example: If your renewal date is the 1st and you add a user on the 15th, you'll only be charged for the remaining 15 days.
No. All subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. For businesses registered in India, 18% GST will be charged.

Yes. You can choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your billing period. However, active subscriptions are non-refundable.
